If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you with returns and exchanges. Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange at "Contact Us" page and we will try our best to meet your request.
1. Items received within 7 days from the delivered date.
2. Items received unused, undamaged, unwashed and in original package.
3. You must email our customer service with the evidence showing the problem/defect and ask for the return address after contacting us for the return/exchange online. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without address that we send.
Need a different size, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with original label back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method when we receive the return goods.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
-Purchase (except final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the day customers receive the goods (according to the logistic information).
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued..
-Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
-Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
-Buyers are responsible for return shipping fee and any related expense.

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 25% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.
